Nelson County Public Housing
The GFHA manages apartment communities in 6 locations throughout Nelson County. In order to be eligible for our programs, families (consisting of one or more persons) must earn less than 80% of the area median income (see below) and be able to comply with the standards set by the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development. Applications are currently being accepted and are available online or at our office.
