At the Grand Forks Housing Authority, we believe access to affordable housing is one of the first essential steps any family can take toward self-sufficiency. Through community partnerships, we provide opportunities that vary depending on a household's needs: after-school programming to allow parents to work longer hours, employment training to help individuals enter the workforce, access to mental health or addiction services to help keep individuals healthy and housed, or social activities to keep elderly and disabled individuals engaged and living independently as long as they are able.
Community partnerships are the foundation of our self-sufficiency programming. Whether support comes in the form of volunteer hours, financial contributions, or the provision of services, each partner is critical to our clients' success.
