GFHA Benefit Package

The Grand Forks Housing Authority recognizes the important role employees play in the success of our organization and programming.  In appreciation of this work, GFHA has assembled a highly competitive benefit package focused on health, savings, and longevity with the organization.

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance for Individual, Two Adults, Employee plus Children, or Family; 75% paid by GFHA
  • Alerus Retirement Solutions – Retirement plan featuring GFHA contribution of 10.5263% of your eligible compensation after one year of service​(no employee match required)   
  • Sick Leave beginning on first day of service (112 hours earned per year)
  • Vacation beginning after 6 months, accruing 40 hours during months 6-12 and increasing throughout tenure
  • Up to 11 paid holidays annually
  • Longevity Pay Every 5 Years
  • Basic Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability Policies
