​The GFHA manages around 700 apartment units throughout Grand Forks County to meet the needs of virtually any family size or make-up. In order to be eligible for our programs, families (consisting of one or more persons) must earn less than 80% of the area median income and be able to comply with the standards set by the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development. Applications are currently being accepted and are available online or at our office.
