PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN - ENDED
Public Notice is hereby given that the Grand Forks Housing Authority will hold a Public Hearing regarding a revision to its Public Housing Agency Administration Plan (PHA Admin Plan), on Thursday December 4th, 2025, 11:30am at the Grand Forks Housing Authority, 1405 1st Ave N, Grand Forks, ND 58203. This hearing is to establish an initial application preference for EHV families to transition from the EHV program to the regular HCV or Mainstream voucher program.  The 45-day comment period is open October 3, 2025, through November 17, 2025.  Written comments on this revised PHA Admin Plan will be accepted through November 17, 2025. After that time, the Plan will be submitted to HUD for review. A copy of the draft plan may be viewed at the Grand Forks Housing Authority. Alternative formats or special accommodations are available for persons with disabilities upon request.
